The "Alte Post" in Attendorn has been shining in new splendour since October 2018 as Germany's first Benedictine Inn. The culinary concept of the inn, run by tenants, Bujar Berisha and his wife Mentore, centres around the famous Benedictine Weissbiere (wheat beers). The menu combines classic home-cooked dishes with Bavarian and regional specialities.
The kitchen has also been completely refurbished so that during peak hours the service and kitchen team can take care of 250 guests in the dining area and another 250 guests in the beer garden in summer.
They can rely on state-of-the-art equipment from MKN to meet this challenge and the customized MasterLine cooking suite and four combi steamers provide optimal conditions for satisfying any guest.
