The personal data of our users is stored and processed in compliance with the relevant regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) in their respective current versions. All personal data is only collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and is not stored for longer than necessary.
Personal Data
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, date of birth and contact details).
Website
In principle, you can use our website without providing any personal data. However, certain applications on our website may require you to submit your data to us. Therefore, failure to provide this data may result in restrictions when using our websites This applies, for example, to registering for seminars or completing contact forms.
As soon as you visit our websites, our web servers temporarily store each access in a log file. Other Data Collection
We collect, store and process your personal data (e.g. first name, last name, address, email address, telephone number) provided that a business relationship exists or is to be established, for example in the context of an order or a contract, as well as for the structuring and amendment of the business relationship. Furthermore, we collect, store and process your personal data when you contact us via the contact form, blog function, or by sending an email, to the extent that this is necessary for the processing of your enquiries and correspondence.
MKN Webshop
If you intend to place an order in the MKN webshop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide certain personal data. For registration, we use the double opt-in procedure. During the ordering process, mandatory information required for the execution of the contract is marked separately. All other information is voluntary. Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we process the data provided to handle your order. For this purpose, payment data may be passed on to our principal bank.
An order can only be placed by creating a customer account, through which your personal data will be stored for future purchases. If you create an account, the personal data provided will be processed and stored. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, in which case it will be deleted, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent such deletion. All other data, including your user account, can be deleted by you at any time within the customer account section.
Furthermore, we may process the data you provide to inform you about other interesting products in our portfolio or to send you emails with technical information.
To prevent unauthorized third-party access, the ordering process is TLS-encrypted.
Under commercial and tax regulations, we are required to retain your address, payment and order details for ten years.

The data provided (salutation, last name, first name, email address) will be processed and stored by us for the purpose of sending you marketing mails regarding our products, solutions and campaigns carried out by MKN Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer GmbH & Co. Data Transfer
We process your personal data within Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer GmbH & Co. KG.
