The student canteen in Bonn Poppelsdorf aspires to produce daily fresh meals for students using high quality ingredients. To meet this challenge the kitchen team trusts in MKN's professional cooking technology.
After all, 7 000 meals have to be produced every day. The complete kitchen refurbishment was a gigantic project, however, due to the excellent planning work by the German consultants, vtechnik, it has been a full success.

The cafeteria at the Wilhelm-Bracke Comprehensive School in Braunschweig has already been awarded the title “Germany’s Best School Cafeteria” several times. Stephan Gerhardt and his wife Marion run a Cook and Serve cafeteria offering fresh healthy food which is extremely popular with pupils, parents and teachers alike. As Community Catering Manager of the Year in 2016, Stephan Gerhardt attaches great importance to healthy, balanced and affordable food.
