It's like being on holiday: sunshine, a cool drink and your feet in the sand while the water of Lake Zülpich glistens promisingly. The super-stylish Lago Beach Club is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. Upstairs in the newly opened Lago Loft, there is also a wonderful view from the huge panoramic windows - and in addition to a complete remodelling of the rooms, there is also a completely new dining concept: the hot stone. Guests can prepare their own meat, fish or vegetarian dishes directly at the table according to their own cooking preferences. A real "sizzling fun"! There are also delicious dips and tasty side dishes, which you can order as and when you like - free of charge.
And the Lago Beach & Loft has something else extraordinary to offer: It is an integration business run by "Marienborn Integration Catering" (MIC) from Zülpich. The aim is to integrate people with disabilities into working life. The twelve employees are deployed in the kitchen, in service and in logistics, among other areas. "And that works really well and has a special charm," says Operations Manager Michael Landsberg.
Professional cooking technology from MKN provides excellent support. "We have installed the Masterline and use the combi-steamers, which have an incredible number of programmes," he explains. "The MKN technology supports our chefs perfectly. With the help of the contact grill, for example, the steaks for the hot stone are ready to serve in 30 seconds." "Happiness makers" are also available in the kitchen at Lago Beach & Loft.
