Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act
MKN Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer GmbH & Co. KG feels obliged to the objectives of the Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (there § 2 II), although we are not directly obligated and affected by the Act. Because we have less than 3000 employees (§ 1 I 1 Nr.1). Nevertheless, even before the Act came into force, we have always paid attention to compliance with fundamental human rights and the relevant environmental standards, not only in our own company but also at our suppliers. It goes without saying that we also take into account the declarations of principle communicated to us by our obligated business partners in accordance with Section 6 of the German Supply Chain Sourcing Obligations Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz).
