By giving you the following notes about data protection, we want to inform you of the purpose, for which we collect and process your personal data during the use of our app, and how we protect your privacy, when you provide this data.

We would like to inform you below about the collection of personal data, when you use the MagicPilot to go app. Personal data is individual pieces of information about the personal or factual circumstances of a certain, definable person (e.g. name, date of birth, contact details).
Responsibility
MKN Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer GmbH & Co. KG (Halberstädter Straße 2a, 38300 Wolfenbüttel) is the operator of this app, and it is responsible for compliance with the applicable data protection provisions in accordance with Art. 4, Para. 7 of the German Data Protection Regulations (DSGVO).
Your personal data is stored and processed by us in compliance with the relevant regulations, notably the German Data Protection Regulations (DSGVO), the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) in their current versions. All personal data is only collected for specified, definitive and legal purposes, and it is not stored for longer than is necessary.
Other data acquisition
We collect, store and process your personal data (e.g. first name, surname, address, e-mail address, phone or fax number), if a business relationship exists or is to be established (i.e. an order or a subscription), or if the scope of this business relationship is to be changed. We also use your personal data, if you have provided this to us for registering in our app, and if you have consented to our processing of your personal data. We also collect, store and process your personal data, if you contact us by sending an e-mail, but only if this is necessary for correspondence and dealing with your enquiry. The personal data collected by us is deleted immediately after it is no longer required for this purpose, unless there is a legally required period of retention. Submitting your personal data is voluntary.en.
Data security
In order to protect the data provided by you against unauthorised access and misuse by third parties, we have taken far-reaching technical and organisational security measures. These measures meet the high statutory requirements of national regulations and are constantly being adapted to the current, state-of-the-art technology.

As an affected person, you have the following rights in accordance with Art. 15 to 22 of the DSGVO:

Data collection when using the app
(1) Downloading the app
When our app is being downloaded to the App Store, the necessary information is also transferred to it. This information contains the user name, the e-mail address, the customer number of your account, the time of the download and the individual device code. We do not however have any influence on this process and are therefore not responsible for it. Our app can essentially be used by you without giving your personal data. It may however be necessary for certain applications on our app, that you transfer your data to us. There may therefore be restrictions in the use of our app, if you do not provide us with your personal data.
(2)Using our app
As soon as you visit our app, our web servers temporarily save every hit in a protocol file. This is necessary in order that we can offer you the relevant functions in our app. The following data may be collected and stored up to the point, when it is automatically deleted: IP address, date and time of the hit, quantity of data transferred, messages about the success of app retrieval, recognition data for the browser and operating systems used, the web page accessed, as well as the IP address of your Internet provider. This data is processed for the purpose of enabling the app to be used and providing system security, as well as for the technical administration of the network infrastructure and optimising our Internet presence. This is to be viewed as a justified interest in accordance with Art. 6, Para. 1, Sen. 1 of the DSGVO.
Personal data (names, addresses, contact data such as phone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses) in connection with use of the app is only collected, if it is given voluntarily by the user. The data is used to ensure, that you are completely aware of the full scope of the app functions. You can revoke your consent at any time in writing. If you revoke your consent however, this may mean that you can no longer use in full or in part those functions of the app, for which the processing of your personal data is required.
Passing on data
We use your personal data within MKN Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer GmbH & Co. KG.Your personal data is only passed on, if we are obliged to do so by mandatory legal regulations, or if you have given your consent to passing on the data.
Agreement to, current status of, changes to the data protection declaration
By using our app, you are confirming that you are in agreement with the use of the data as described above. The data protection declaration is dated 01.11.2018 and is currently valid. Due to the continued further development of our app or the implementation of new technology, it may be necessary on occasions to adapt this data protection declaration to an updated version. MKN Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer GmbH & Co. KG therefore reserves the right to change the data protection declaration at any time and with any impact on the future. You should therefore call up this app at regular intervals in order to gain information on the current status of our data protection declaration.
