Wolfenbüttel / Essen, July 2025 – The new generation of MKN's premium product line OPTIMA has received the prestigious Red Dot Award for Product Design 2025. MKN, specialist for professional thermal cooking technology, has now joined the ranks of international award winners - a clear signal for the creative innovation of the Hidden Champions from Wolfenbüttel.

The Red Dot Award is one of the most prestigious international design competitions, acknowledging products that exemplify excellence in design, innovation, functionality and sustainability. The new OPTIMA generation represents maximum flexibility, durability and modular planning and now on top of that - outstanding industrial design.

A particularly striking feature: fluently integrated operating concept with laser-welded, seamless control panel. This not only reduces visual interruptions, but enables a new level of hygiene and particularly easy cleaning.
