The personal data of our users is stored and processed in accordance with the relevant regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Act (TMG) in their current versions. All personal data is only collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and is not stored for longer than necessary.
Personal data is understood as details of the personal or material circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, date of birth and contact details).
In principle, our website can be used without having to provide personal data. Nevertheless, certain website usage may require you to submit your personal data to us. Furthermore, we collect, store and process your personal data if you contact us via the contact form, blog function and e-mail, as far as this is necessary for the processing of your enquiries and correspondence.
If you use our contact form to send us an enquiry, all data given will be stored for enquiry processing and any follow-up matters. This data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent.
The legal basis for processing data specified on the contact form is your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you provided by checking the box in the contact form. You may revoke this consent at any time without specifying any reason by writing to the above-mentioned address or electronically (e.g. via e-mail). The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.
The data specified on the contact form will be retained by us until your request for its deletion or until receipt of your revocation. This does not affect the legal provisions, in particular the retention periods.
