The cafeteria at the Wilhelm-Bracke Comprehensive School in Braunschweig has already been awarded the title "Germany’s Best School Cafeteria" several times. Stephan Gerhardt and his wife Marion run a Cook and Serve cafeteria offering fresh healthy food which is extremely popular with pupils, parents and teachers alike. As Community Catering Manager of the Year in 2016, Stephan Gerhardt attaches great importance to healthy, balanced and affordable food.
