The kitchen staff at Stepping Hill Hospital produce up to 2 500 meals each day. So, extremely high demands were made on the modernisation of the central production kitchen. This lead to the installation of two state-of-the-art cooking islands consisting of the MKN FlexiChef®, FlexiCombi® combi steamers as well as cooking kettles. Having this modern equipment in the new kitchen enables the kitchen personnel to work efficiently and achieve excellent cooking results.
