Martin Freiberger, trained chef and hotel specialist, has been running his own country guest house "Im Gärtlein" since 1999. With his wealth of experience, he knows exactly what counts and has continuously refined and improved the restaurant and guesthouse over the years.

A former cleaning storeroom was converted to a small 18 m² kitchen for the à la carte business in the restaurant seating 90 guests. It's essential that work processes are well thought through here. Thanks to state-of-the-art multifunctional equipment the kitchen team works well together and also effectively due to short distances.

In addition, Martin Freiberger also runs a catering kitchen with EU certification for school meals. Freshly cooked lunches are currently supplied to 16 nursery schools around Creussen.  The response is extremely positive and demand is rising all the time.

The combined use of FlexiChef and FlexiCombi is the perfect solution for producing large quantities of cooked food with top quality.
