The personal data of our users is stored and processed in accordance with the relevant regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Act (TMG) in their current versions. Furthermore, we collect, store and process your personal data if you contact us via the contact form, blog function and e-mail, as far as this is necessary for the processing of your enquiries and correspondence.
If you use our contact form to send us an enquiry, all data given will be stored for enquiry processing and any follow-up matters. This data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent.
The legal basis for processing data specified on the contact form is your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you provided by checking the box in the contact form. You may revoke this consent at any time without specifying any reason by writing to the above-mentioned address or electronically (e.g. via e-mail). Our website offers you the opportunity to subscribe to our free newsletter. The only information required in order to send the newsletter is your e-mail address.
